Information we collect
Account information (name, email), voice and conversation data with Joy, mood and engagement signals derived from conversations, and basic device/usage telemetry. We collect only what's needed to provide the service.
How we use information
To power Joy's persistent memory graph, generate family-facing daily summaries, improve clinical-grade reliability, and maintain account security. We do not use patient data to train third-party advertising models.
How we share information
Only with the people the account holder has authorized — typically family administrators or designated clinicians. We use a small set of vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, voice processing) under data-processing agreements.
Retention & deletion
You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@otom.world. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
