Otom World LLC ("DoDot," "we," "us," or "our") operates the DoDot mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and share your information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Services. By using DoDot, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with our practices, please don't use our Services.
If you are a minor, and are not sure you understand everything in this Policy, please make sure to speak with a trusted adult before using DoDot. Please also remember that DoDot is not meant to be used if you are under 13. If you are over 13 but under 16 years old, your parent or guardian must approve your use of the app.

- Recipients can view messages for 48 hours
- We don't store message content after deletion
- Message status (sent, delivered, read) is visible to participants

- We use third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, provide the Services on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

- Download Your Information: Request a copy in a machine-readable format
- Account Deletion: Delete your account at any time; your profile is deactivated, content removed, and personal info deleted within 30 days (some info may be retained for legal/safety reasons)
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
- Account information: 30 days after the account deletion
- Posts and content: 30 days after the account deletion
- Messages: 48 hours (automatic deletion)
- Friend connections: Until removed by either party
- Usage analytics: Up to 2 years

After deletion, some information may remain in backup systems (deleted within 90 days), legal or safety archives, or aggregated/de-identified datasets.

If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. Parents who believe their child provided information should contact us. Some regions require parental consent for users under 16 or 18.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or features. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information. We don't control third-party data collection. Integration with third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, new features or services, legal requirements, or user feedback. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we'll notify you via in-app notification, email, or a prominent notice in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Binding Arbitration Agreement
- If we can't resolve informally, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except:
- Small claims court cases
- Injunctive relief for IP violations
- Arbitration Rules: American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Rules, single arbitrator, location: Delaware or mutual agreement, each party bears own costs (we pay filing fees)
- Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. You can opt-out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by emailing legal@otom.world.
- Governing Law: This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
